In modern society we tend to put our focus on western education at the expense of other factors that negatively affect gains that can be made through formal education. Lifestyle diseases which come as a result of unhealthy living habits indirectly contribute to poverty in our communities. A big chunk of the governments budgets is allocated to managing these diseases instead of tackling more positive issues.

Many governments invest a lot of resources to sensitise and educate their citizens about the dangers of unhealthy living habits yielding very little return. Poor communities often have very little time for issues other food and shelter compared to the more comfortable counterparts.

Our health and wellness programs focus on five very important pillars of wellness namely, the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual . We focus on balance in all these five dimensions as the only means of attainment of a life that is meaningful and purposeful.
